Dark chocolate blended with almonds…what’s not to love? Use this extract to make a delicious Swiss chocolate almond flavored liquor.
Directions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 1 1/4 cups of granulated sugar into a 35 fl. oz. (1 L) bottle. Then, fill with 26.5 fl. oz. (750 ml) of 25-30% ABV grain alcohol or plain vodka. Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved. If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz of glycerine.
Makes about 31 fl. ounces.
